Many of the players and referees seemed not to know when they should ask for or give 'Lets' or 'Strokes' - perhaps this needs to be taught more widely?

It was the first time that Kai took part in a competition of this level. We are new to this and had no idea how it works. From arrival we were treated quite rudely. We had no idea where to go for registration, what was required or how the day would progress.
We figured out that Kai had to play two rounds. When he played his second game we were unsure whether he had to stay for a third game. When I asked one of the organising ladies she extremely rudely said that "How must I know" and walked away. We thought that Kai was finished playing only to see later on in the evening on the website that he was supposed to play a third game. He therfore missed out on a great opportunity to play and take part on the Sunday as well. My disappointment on how we we're treated as newcomer, is huge. We drove very far for Kai to attend and would have loved to attend the full game.
Very, very badly handled.
The facility and the young people were awesome.
I'm giving feedback Kai's behalf.
